I believe that the purpose of education/schools is to prepare students for their future in school, in their careers, and as exceptional human beings in their community.

I believe that the role of a teacher is to guide learning in the classroom according to the needs of each student in a way that will lead them to learning lifelong lessons.

I believe that students are smart, capable, and deserve my respect.

I believe that my classroom will be an environment where students feel safe to learn, be themselves, and encourage their peers to do the same.
